Established in 1985, Nemo Bait and Fisheries is a 3rd generation family owned and operated fish farm and bait and tackle shop located just outside of Perry, Missouri. Specializing in all things fishing!

Growing & Harvesting Missouri's finest fish
Our farms consists of 60 aerated earthen ponds with more being built annually. These ponds are built with no runoff to insure no contaminants can be washed into the ponds. This also helps us regulate water levels for growth and harvest. All ponds are filled with naturally clean and sterile 58 degree water from a series of wells pumped from 1200 feet straight out of the ground to further help with cross contamination. No water is pumped from other ponds, lakes or streams.
Ponds are checked every morning and every night for oxygen, predators and overall activity to help keep stress levels low.
We proudly feed a custom blend of Cargill aquafeed. This new high protein customizable diet has greatly increased fish growth and overall health allowing us to keep price increases at a minimum and fish health at all time highs.
Over the last 40 years, we have developed a proven system on growing, harvesting and hauling fish that is unmatched in the industry. We will have sizes and species available that other fish farms do not.

A Step Above the Rest
Nemo Bait & Fisheries Fish and farm(s) are certified by licensed veterinarian Dr. Mac Wilt and tested by the University of Minnesota annually to meet states requirements. Some species of fish are tested bi-annually for VHS.
Worry free delivery. We work directly with each state we travel within to make sure fish are tested and up to par as well as all import permits are completed. Our fleet of trucks consist of late model fish trucks with the best live haul tanks on the market. We have the ability to raise or lower water temps in house depending on the region we are hauling to to make sure acclamation goes smoothy. Fish are guaranteed alive and healthy at time of delivery.
